  1. Hi I have bought creatine and bcaa and would like to know if I can take both as a pre workout drink. I am 32 average built and would like to become leaner with a bit more muscle mass. I also have protein and have the shake after a workout. Can you please advise if I should be taking creatine and blaze together and if this is safe to do so
