Dark Chocolate Whey Protein Soft-Serve Ice Cream


Ingredients Required:


  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Mix them until soft and fluffy.
  • It will just take a minute or two.
  • Pour the mixture in a medium size container.
  • Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out of the freezer and stir well.
  • Use dark chocolate chips as dressing.

Strawberry Banana Whey Protein Soft-Serve Ice Cream


Ingredients Required:

  • 1 medium cup frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 Scoop MFF Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 small cup strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt


  • In a food processor, blend bananas, yogurt and Vanilla Whey protein powder until it turns into a smooth mixture.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth mixture is formed.
  • Pour the mixture in medium size Tupperware.
  • Allow it to freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out from the freezer and stir well.
  • Serve soft with chocolate chips as dressing.
