a.   How do I register on MyFitFuel.in? 

Registration on MyFitFuel.in is a simple process that can be completed in 3 simple steps:   

  1. Click on the Register  link on the top of the home page
  2. Type in your name and email address
  3. Enter password of your choice; confirm the password and you are done!
 
b.  What are the benefits of registering on MyFitFuel.in for making a purchase?

Yes, it is necessary to make an account because this how we can provide you many benefits such as:-

  • you can track the delivery status of your order(s)
  • you can view the entire history of your past orders
  • you can also plan future orders through useful features like Wishlist and Notify Me

c.   I forgot my login password. What do I do?

Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot my password. You will receive an email on your registered email id with instructions on creating a new password.

a.  What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information? 

It is easy to update your MyFitFuel™ account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on MyFitFuel™ manage/edit your personal data like

  • address,
  • phone numbers,
  • email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your order

b.  What is Shopping Cart? 

Shopping cart is your shopping basket which collects every item which you have selected to buy which could be edited very easily. With the help of MyFitFuel™ shopping cart you place the order. Our Shopping cart will keep your selected order in our basket until you process the order for payment or until next 30 days.

c.  What is My Wishlist?

Sometimes we really like a product but due to some reasons such as shortfall of money or a simple mood swing we are not able to buy it at the same moment. With My Wishlist  you can pick an item of your choice, add it to the wishlist and come back later to buy it on a later date.

d. How do I set up my billing and/or delivery address?

You can do this very easily in different ways:

1st – When you Register and Log in into your account, you will find Addresses written on the left. Click on it and you will find the place to add or edit the existing address.

 2nd – If you have registered and buying for the first time. Then during checkout our system will ask you Billing and Shipping Address. You can add you billing and/or shipping address.

Billing Address is where your card or bank details are registered. 

Shipping/Delivery Address is where you want you order to reach.

 

e.  How can I update my Email address, or phone number?

It is very easy to update  your personal information by Log in into your account and editing your information in customer information section. 

f.  How do I add a payment method?

During the type of checkout and at payment option step, you will find different option of making payment. Such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking or Cash on Delivery. You can choose any of the option as per your convenience and get your delivery at provided address.

We are very concerned about security on payments, so which ever option you choose always Keep free mind because we have already placed many security measures before. 

PLACING AN ORDER?

a.   How  do I place an order on MyFitFuel.in?

Placing an order on MyFitFuel.in is very quick and easy. As you browse our MyFitFuel™ shop, you can add the item as per your wish in our Shopping cart just by clicking on “BUY NOW”, Register quickly  by adding the details or if already registered then Log in with your email address and password, add the delivery address and make the payment through our very secured payment gateways. That’s it….  

b.   Some products has “Notify Me” instead of “Buy Now”, Why?
These products do not have the “Buy Now” button because they may be temporarily out of stock.

c.   Can I order product that is “Out of Stock”?
Unfortunately, the product “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. But we have added please “Notify Me” feature so that you are the first one to be informed as soon as the product is available for sale again. 

d.    I have a voucher code, how can I use it?

It is very easy to use MFF™ voucher codes. Once you have your products in your shopping basket, scroll down your basket to see an option “Got a voucher code”. Entre your Voucher code in the voucher code box and click on apply.
That’s it, and discount is all yours…

e.    My voucher code is not working on the site? Help!

There are different reasons why the voucher code or promotional codes might not work:-
MFF™ Voucher code has already expired.
MFF™ Voucher code could only be used once.
One voucher code might not be used in congestion with other deals being offered on our website.

f.     Do voucher codes expire?

Different voucher codes have different terms and conditions attached. Some might have an expiry dates sooner or the later. So it is always important to look at the expiry date of code of every voucher code to take complete benefit before it expires.
 
g.    Is there any limit how many times a voucher code can be used?

Different voucher codes have different terms and conditions attached. As some might have an expiry dates sooner or the later, others might only be available to be used once by an individual account holder.

a.   How do I pay for MyFitFuel™ Purchase?

MyFitFuel™ offers multiple payment methods. You can purchase our products from our very secured and safe online payment method. Confidentiality of your details and safety of you money is our huge priority and we work only with trusted payment gateway partners.

You may also use the Internet banking or Cash on Delivery mode of payment to purchase from our website. We also accept payments made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express debit/credit cards.
 
 
b.   Is it safe to use debit/credit card on MyFitFuel.in?

Myfitfuel.in uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your Debit/credit card information. d. How do I pay using debit/credit card?

During the time of checkout and while the process of making payment. Choose Debit or Credit card as the payment option and insert the 16 long digit number, the CVV and other required details.  During the final stage you will also be asked to insert the secret 3D Secure password.
 


e.   What is Pay at Cash on Delivery?

When you are not comfortable making payment online on MyFitFuel.in then you can choose the cash on deliver payment method.  With cash on delivery you only have to make the payment during delivery rather than before delivery of your order.
We don’t accept foreign currency as a payment of your order rather we only accept Indian Rupees. As it is strictly cash on delivery, so we don’t except any E-gift card or other vouchers for payments.
 
 
f.   How do I make Cash on Delivery order?

After you add the product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, we will prompt you to choose the payment method “Pay by cash on delivery”
Once your order is verified by our team we process your order and ship it within the time specified from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make the payment to our delivery partner during the time of order delivery at your provided address.

g.   What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring Information provided by you onto our payment gateway is accurate i.e account details, billing address, password (for net banking), CVV passwords etc. Also check your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, you can email us on hello@myfitfuel.in or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
 
 
h.   Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax when I make payment on MyFitFuel™?

There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The price listed on our website are final and inclusive of all taxes.  So, the price you see on the product page are the final prices you pay.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on the “Cash on Delivery Charge” or final order value same or below Rs 499.   
 
i.   I bought a product on your site but did not receive the order confirmation email?

There are many reasons for this. Your mailbox server did not recognise our email id, and it could have pushed our email to the spam folder or your mailbox could be full. Please clear your inbox or check other folders.
 

Alternatively you can “Log in” into My Account on MyFitFuel.in and check your
order history. If order status shows “Payment under Process” this means we haven’t received your payment. If your order history don’t show your order placed than it means your order has not been placed and you need to reorder.

 

j.   I have Maestro debit card and I want to make payment using this card; However my Maestro debit card don’t have CVV and Expiry date mentioned on it. Can I still make payment using my 19 digits maestro card?  
  
 
Yes we do accept Maestro card. The CVV and Expiry date fields are optional in case of 19-digit Maestro cards. You just need to enter your 19-digit debit card number and confirm order if these fields are not present on your card. You will then be redirected to Bank’s page, where you need to enter your SecureCode for authentication.
 
 
k.   What steps MyFitFuel.in takes to prevent card fraud?
 

Prevention of card fraud is MyFitFuel™ priority and we realise the importance of strong fraud detection and resolution capacity. We along with our online payment partners monitor transaction continuously for suspicious activity. Our team carries out manual confirmation for any suspicious potential fraudulent transaction.
 

But on to the rarest cases when our team is not able to detect the possibility of fraud, the transaction is kept on hold and customer is requested to provide Identity documents.  The identity documents help us to ensure that the payments are being made by the right person.


As this procedure is very important to find that payment is made by genuine customers, we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customer and request to bear with us in the larger interest of creating a safe and secured environment for online transactions made by our customers.
 
 
l.   What is 3D secure password for my debit/credit card?

Visa and Mastercard implemented 3D secure password in partnership with the card issuing banks under the “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard Securecode” services.
 
The 3D password brings another layer of security through verification of your debit/credit card transaction. As the 3D password is only known by you, so this means only you can make the payment through your debit/credit card for online transactions.
   
 
m.   How do I get my 3D secure password for my debit/credit card?

3D secure password is an extra security taken on the bank cards to protect you from any fraudulent transactions. 3D secure password is asked during the time you are making any payments on www.Myfitfuel.in
When you received the debit card first time from the bank and tried making a payment online, you would have been asked to register for 3D secure password during final step of making payment. So, while making any payment on www.Myfitfuel.in you have to use the same 3D secure password (When asked).
 
 
n.   In case you have forgotten your 3D secure password.

Every bank card has different process of retrieving the Forgotten Password. You might have an option given by your bank to retrieve your password online after following some security checks or you can consult your bank for more details.
 


ORDER TRACKING

 

 
a.    Where is my order?

You will get an email once we ship your products along with the Air way bill number with the help of which you can go to the respective courier website and track your order.
 

Y ou can take the full information on where is your order.  You can quickly “Log in” in your account and click on Orders on your left. You will find the all the order which you have placed and clicking on your particular order you will be able to find the delivery status of your order.
 
If circumstance your order status has not changes for more than 2-3 working days or you haven’t received in given time during then please write is on hello@myfitfuel.in and we will quickly look into it. Please don’t forget to mention your order number, date ordered and items in the order.
 
 
b.   How do I track current status of my order?

It is very easy to track your delivery. You will get an email once we ship your products along with the Air way bill number with the help of which you can go to the respective courier website and track your order.
 
 
c.    Why can’t I track my order?

In very rare cases there are some problem in the tracking of the orders. We ususally try our best for such problems but still if you are not able to track your order then you can write us on
hello@myfitfuel.in . Also, please don’t forget to mention your order number as well as the date and items order.
 
We are very sorry for this inconvenience but our Customer executive will revert you back quickly to solve this problem.
 
 
 
d.   What do different order status means?
 

Not Shipped- You order is under process including procurement from our different warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we have the complete details as required to ship the product.
Shipped- This means your order is on its way to reach your destination soon. We work hard to reduce the delivery time but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances rain, Strike, etc. we get delays.
Delivered-This means you have your product delivered at provided address and you are enjoying having it and wishing to buy the next one as soon as possible.
  
e.   How do I cancel my order?

We make the products which will fulfil your requirement and make you feel that it was made only for you. This only happens because we take care of every step from beginning till end.

 
Cancelling your order depends on the situation such as:
 

If already shipped
- We are sorry the courier boy has already taken the order away and we won’t be able to bring it back. So it will be delivered at your provided address.
 

Not Yet Shipped
- It means that your delivery is still in our warehouse and we can stop it to be sent out. So we can only cancel if the order has not been shipped yet.

f.    Where do I find my order/sub order number?

During the time of checkout and before making payment you will find your subtotal amount of the total order. But during the time of payment option, there could be an extra nominal charge for choosing Cash on delivery. You will be able to see the total amount again before confirming the final payment.

k.    Why my order has been cancelled?

If you receive an email regarding your order has been cancelled then might be many reasons for this. One of the reasons includes we were not able to receive payment from your bank.
If your order has been cancelled due to any reason then email us on hello@myfitfuel.in and we will be very happy to look at the reason in detail.
 
 

DELIVERY

 
 

a.   What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is absolutely free for order placed above Rs 499.

If Order value is below Rs 499 then an extra delivery price of Rs 50 will be charged.

Cash on delivery as an additional service has a very nominal charges of Rs. 20 per order.  

 
 
b.   What are the estimated delivery times?

We deliver your order within 2-4 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
 
 
c.   How do I track my delivery?

  • Order Place and dispatched
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, for security reason we are unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and our security policies are made to provide better shopping experience for all our customers.
If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then order is automatically returned to our warehouse and the processed as return.

h.   Product cannot be shipped to my area, why?

Although we ship to maximum places in different parts of India and we are continuously working on increasing our reach to make our products easily available to everyone in different locations.
But If order can or cannot be delivered to your address also depends on:-
Whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your address.
Legal Restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location.
The availability of reliable courier partner in your location.
 

i.   I have placed an order 2 days ago, Now I have to leave for an urgent work. Can you hold my delivery until I am back?

If you placed order is not yet dispatched then please to contact our customer team on +91-8800115410 as soon as possible for the changes. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.

But if your order is already dispatched then we are sorry we won’t be able to hold your delivery.
 

 

Returns and Cancellations

 

a.   What is the general return policy on My Fit Fuel™?

In MyFitFuel™ we always value our customer satisfaction and we work hard to always keep you happy. Although all our products are made after working in detail on every point from ingredients to labelling to bring the best sports and fitness nutrition products, but there are times when you are still not satisfied. Well not a problem!

You are not satisfied but still we care for your belief in our products so we give an option for you to inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of delivery.

Only few points to consider:-

  1.  Send us a picture on hello@myfitfuel.in with mail subject “RETURN and YOUR ORDER NUMBER” within 14 days of receiving the product or call us on +91-8800115410
  2. The product should return us within 7 days of sending the request or the return will be ineligible. You can let us know and we can inform our delivery partner to arrange a pickup of the item to be returned from your place
  3. Please ensure the product is into its original condition, unopened and unused product along with the original invoice, box and price tags.
  4. Return the Product on

  5. After we receive and inspect the product we will issue refund within 7 days of receipt. We will issue the refund along with the invoice amount of product plus additional Rs 100 for any courier charges borne by you to send the product to us.
  6. If in case the courier is found ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you.

You will have an option to take refund or exchange the product, as per your request. For payment made by card we will refund in the same bank account. For money paid by cash on delivery or any other mode we will issue cheque in the registered name of customer. 

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of particular products.

 

 

b.   What should I do if I receive a Defective item or not something which you ordered?

There are circumstances when the product delivered are defective or not something which you have ordered. Under such circumstances you can inform us within the 14 days of receipt of the product.  You can inform us on by writing a mail on hello@myfitfuel.in or calling us on +91-8800115410

Please follow the following thing for returning damaged, defective or wrong product:-

  1. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the products and product should reach us within 10 days of sending the request. 
  2. Product should be returned in original packaging along with original box, price tags and invoice. You can let us know and we can inform our delivery partner to arrange a pickup of the item to be returned from your place.

 

As soon as we receive your items back, we inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in original conditions and then we issue the full refund or exchange with similar or different item as per your request.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of particular products.

Payment made by card will be refunded on the same bank account and cheque will be issued in the registered name of customer for payment made by Cash on delivery.

c.       What is your category specific policy for return?

Nutrition- Our sports nutrition products should be received in original packaging as you received. Product should be sealed as original, opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. We do not provide medical consultation and for issues like stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike would not be applicable for return. Please consult with your doctor before buying the products.  

Sports and fitness accessories- return policy is only applicable in case of issue with size or product received damaged.

Service- This category is not applicable for any refund.

 Products eligible for refund

  1. Products which are unused and in its original new condition if not defective or damages.
  2. Products which are not damaged or broken by customers
  3. Products which are not tampered and is not missing its Serial/UPC number.
  4. Product returned back in its original packaging including box and other items as received along with the particular product.

d.   I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pickup?

You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs of Rs 100 for any courier charges borne by you to send the product to us.

 e.   What are the modes of refund available after cancellation or return?

For payment made by:

Debit/Credit or any other Card- We will refund in the same bank account.

Cash on delivery or any other mode- We will issue cheque in the registered name of customer.

Cash on Delivery

  a. When do I receive my Order after placing the order by COD option?

We have strong tie-ups with reputed courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery of products. The shipping timelines vary across products and the exact timelines are mentioned in each product listing on the site as well as in the order confirmation email. Depending on your location it takes anywhere between 2-4 days in Metro cities from date of dispatch to the delivery of the order at your doorstep. For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

b. How do I pay to the courier?

All COD payments are to be made in cash only. The delivery agent will NOT accept any cheque or Demand Draft for the COD shipments.

c. Will I be allowed to open the parcel before I pay the courier?

You can open the parcel after paying the courier agent. All products at MyFitFuel™ are shipped in tamper proof packing material that guarantees you safe delivery. In case the tamper seal is broken, please DO NOT accept the shipment from the courier agent.

d. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

We are sure you will love the MyFitFuel™ product you ordered. The courier agent is not authorized to accept the opened product and return your cash. In the unlikely event, if you are unhappy with the order, please go through our site’s Return Policy and call Customer Support to claim refund. The refund can be transferred to your bank account or we can dispatch a Cheque to the address the item was delivered to within 15 days. Please get in touch with our Customer Support for more  information. 

e. Will I get a receipt for the Cash I pay to the courier?

All shipments will have an invoice which is equivalent to the receipt for the money you paid to the courier agent.

f. Will I know the exact date and time when courier will come to deliver my order?

You will receive an email and SMS intimation once your order is shipped from our fulfillment centers. Delivery will depend upon your city of shipment and can range from 2-5 days. The courier may / may not call you when your order has reached your city and is about to be delivered. Courier delivery teams typically deliver orders between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. We highly recommend that you be available at the address given to accept the order. In case you are not, please ensure your friend/relative/neighbour is available at the address to make the payment to courier and receive the order on your behalf. The courier agent cannot deliver the order to the security personnel at your building / housing society.

In case you are a “workaholic”, spending days and nights in your office, then it is best you give your work address for delivery. Very often a non-delivery happens because of co-ordination failure at last mile. We advise you to give correct and as many contact details as possible to avoid co-ordination failure and non-delivery of item. g. Will the courier agent wait at the door while I go and withdraw cash from a nearby ATM / bank to pay him or come back at a later time?

Kindly keep the cash ready to pay the courier agent at the time of delivery. The courier delivery person will typically not wait for you to go and withdraw cash from the nearby ATM. However, if he has some other delivery planned in the area, he might want to come back in some time to deliver the parcel again. In such case you will need to directly co-ordinate with him.

h. What happens in case the courier agent comes and nobody is available at that time to make payment and receive order?

In such case you would find a “Missed-U Card” from the courier. The card will contain the local contact details of our courier partner. You will then need to co-ordinate with the local courier office. Sometimes, you might be required to go to the local office, make payment & pick up the order from there.

i. How do I know if my location is covered under COD?

We currently offer COD in limited pin codes. We currently offer COD in limited pin codes. This is based on current coverage of courier partners for COD and business feasibility. If your pin code is not in this list then you will be not be able to place the order on COD and will be prompted to make payment using Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Bank Transfer for your order. We continuously work with our courier partners to expand the COD network and keep updating the serviceable COD list as and when more pin codes are added.

j. Can I do part payment with COD (EMI)

We do not accept part payments on COD orders.

k. What do I do in case I have not received my order on COD?

Once your order is shipped you will get an email with AWB details of your order. You can track your order on the courier website or on

My Account section on MyFitFuel™. Typically the following order statuses are available on website.

  • In Transit: The consignment is on route to the destination.
  • Delivered: The consignment is delivered.
  • Returned to Origin: Delivery was attempted, however the shipment is returned back to MyFitFuel™.

The reasons could be that you refused to accept, you were not available, you did not have the payment ready, address was insufficient or you could not be contacted on the number you provided on MyFitFuel™. If you are still anxious, then file a missing complaint with our Customer Care and we shall put forth best efforts to ensure that your MyFitFuel™ item reaches you safe and sound.

l. What will happen if I don't pay at the door and refuse the order?

The entire premise of offering COD is that customers are honest and they really liked what they ordered on the site. Misuse of the facility would lead to disablement of this payment option for your future orde.

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promotional coupons, discount codes etc. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.
