We recommend taking 5g of Creatine monohydrate 1-2 times daily with you pre and post workout shakes. It is suggested that the optimal way to take creatine is through a "loading phase" followed by a "maintenance phase ".
Although this old approach and is required for sports which requires very high intensity training, we have included this guidance should you wish to follow this method.
For very High Intensity sports use:-
Creatine Loading: For first five days of use, take 1 scoop (5g), 3 to 4 times daily with 250ml of fruit juice.
Creatine Level Maintenance: After 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 scoop (5g) 1 to 2 times daily with 250ml fruit juice for a period of 3 weeks. Stop usage completely for 3 weeks before starting with cycle again.
Important: Remember to drink 8-12 glasses of water per day whilst using this product.
